  • Child behavior and communication

  • Nutrition and healthy routines

  • Creating a stable home environment

3. Job Training & Employment Readiness

For participants seeking stable income.

Focus:

  • Resume building and interview skills

  • Workplace behavior and expectations

  • Skill development and job readiness

  • Pathways to employment or career advancement

4. Addiction & Recovery Support (As Needed)

For individuals overcoming substance use challenges.

Focus:

  • Accountability and support systems

  • Recovery education and relapse prevention

  • Connecting participants with external recovery resources

  • Building structure and stability during recovery

Supportive Services

To remove barriers and increase success rates, the program may also provide:

Childcare Services

  • Available for children below kindergarten age

  • Enables parents to attend classes, work, or job training

  • Creates a safe, stable environment for children

Health Support (Nursing Services)

  • On-site or visiting nurse (part-time or full-time as resources allow)

  • Basic health monitoring and guidance

  • Support for participants managing health concerns
