At The Renewal Foundation, our Employment Training program goes beyond basic job placement. We focus on equipping individuals with the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to enter the workforce and succeed long-term.

Many of the people we serve are starting over—whether due to homelessness, financial hardship, trauma, or life disruptions. That means they don’t just need a job, they need a foundation.

This isn’t about sending someone out with a resume and hoping for the best. It’s about walking with them through the process, building real confidence, and helping them develop skills that last beyond their first paycheck.
