Our mission is to move individuals and families from homelessness to homeownership through sustainable housing, structured support, and lasting solutions. The Renewal Foundation focuses on innovative solutions to combat homelessness and to carry out affordable housing and community development activities in rural areas for the benefit of low- and moderate-income families and Individuals.

We transform lives through affordable, energy-efficient housing and structured support programs that guide individuals toward long-term independence. We focus on removing barriers, building life skills, and creating a clear path to sustainable homeownership. 

Our objectives include addressing emergent needs resulting from public health emergencies like domestic violence, sexual assault, and sex trafficking, along with other public health concerns. We offer support to other organizations to collaborate and develop a strategic partnership to better address the needs of the survivors of traumatic events so they can be an independent and self-sustaining workforce.

Our goal is to provide activities that help meet the needs of groups that are at the most risk of suffering from these public health concerns; which include, but are not limited to, legal advocacy, job training and employment services.  We also work to identify the obstacles that prevent marginalized comunitys from being suscessful by building secure, safe, affordable, permanent housing. The end goal of which will be a community of sustainable and affordable housing for low to middle-income individuals and Families that achieve self-sastaining homeownership.
