Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Experience in case management, social services, or a related field

Program Coordinator
Position Summary:
The Program Coordinator oversees the daily operations of specific programs, ensuring services are delivered effectively, consistently, and in alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate program schedules, activities, and logistics
Support program staff and ensure smooth service delivery
Track participation, outcomes, and program data
Assist with program development and improvements
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and grant requirements
Serve as a liaison between staff, participants, and leadership
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Experience in program management or nonprofit services preferred
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Effective communication and leadership abilities
Social Worker
Position Summary:
The Social Worker provides professional support to individuals facing complex personal challenges, including trauma, substance abuse, and life instability. This role focuses on emotional well-being, advocacy, and long-term recovery support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide counseling and emotional support to participants
Conduct assessments and develop intervention strategies
Support individuals dealing with trauma, addiction, or crisis situations
Advocate for participant needs within the community
Maintain confidential records and documentation
Collaborate with case managers and program staff
Qualifications:
Degree in social work or related field (BSW or MSW preferred)
Knowledge of trauma-informed care and counseling practices
Strong empathy, communication, and ethical standards
Appropriate licensing (if required by state regulations)
Volunteer Manager
Position Summary:
The Volunteer Manager recruits, trains, and oversees volunteers who support the organization’s programs and events. This role ensures volunteers are effectively integrated into the mission and operations of The Renewal Foundation.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard volunteers
Coordinate volunteer schedules and assignments
Provide training and ongoing support
Track volunteer hours and engagement
Ensure volunteers understand roles, expectations, and policies
Recognize and retain volunteers through appreciation efforts
Match volunteer skills with organizational needs
Qualifications:
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Experience in volunteer coordination or team management preferred
